CERTAMEN RETO POR EL MUNDO 2023

ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) ( Reto por el mundo – Challenge for the world )  es un desafío de movilización social que invita a la participación de todos en la sensibilización por la convivencia y los derechos humanos mediante audiovisuales que serán difundidos por TV’s y Redes Sociales.

EM es un proyecto aprobado por la Dirección de Derechos Humanos, Victimas y Diversidad del Departamento de Igualdad, Justicia y Políticas Sociales del  Gobierno Vasco, promovido y producido por la Asociación Cultural Kursaal Kino (A2K).

                                                           BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN

1/.- REQUISITOS  INSCRIPCIÓN:

• Duración del audiovisual. Se clasificarán en tres grupos: de 1 a 3 min., de 3 a 15 min. y más de 15 min.

• Género del audiovisual debe promover los valores de la convivencia, derechos humanos y la diversidad.

• Cada participante puede inscribir los audiovisuales que desee.

• No hay fecha límite en la que el audiovisual se haya tenido que realizar.

• Audiovisuales accesibles por Youtube (en modo oculto) o Vimeo (con clave de acceso).

• Idiomas: El audiovisual en cualquier idioma, pero con los subtítulos en español o euskera.

• Se admiten obras de cualquier país.

• La inscripción debe ser realizada por el realizador del audiovisual, el productor o por los titulares representantes legales de la distribución del audiovisual (en adelante participante), que deberá disponer de los derechos sobre los contenidos de la obra y el resto de materiales que aporte.

2/.- FORMATOS:
       a).- Formato  16:9, 1:1
       b).- Se admiten MP4, MOV, AVI.

3/.- PROGRAMACIÓN :
       1.- Inscripciones del 7 de enero al 31 de marzo de 2023.
       2.- Exhibición del 1 de mayo al 31 de julio de 2023.
      3.- Gala por los DDHH el viernes 30 de Junio de 2023, con proyección de una selección de películas en representación de todos los participantes.

4/.- PREMIOS:
Todos los “OFFICIAL SELECTION” recibirán un certificado digital y laureles acreditativos. Adicionalmente los “BEST SELECTION” recibirán como premio  la invitación a formar parte del CATÁLOGO de ERRONKA MUNDUAN para su difusión por todas las TV’s y entidades colaboradoras, además de su certificado digital y laureles acreditativos.

5/.- PROCESO INSCRIPCIÓN y SELECCIÓN
La inscripción se podrá realizar en  las plataformas  Festhome y Filmfreeway.

Una vez seleccionado el audiovisual,  no se podrá retirar o cambiar el audiovisual en Youtube o Vimeo desde ese momento. ​El participante se compromete a mantener accesible para ERRONKA MUNDUAN su audiovisual seleccionado, en Youtube ( en modo oculto ) o Vimeo ( con clave de acceso ), por todo el tiempo que dure la campaña de difusión establecida en la programación.

​Un Jurado elegido por ERRONKA MUNDUAN determinará los audiovisuales para darles una mayor difusión pública.

7/.- GARANTÍAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES DE LOS PARTICIPANTES.
Con el fin de que se respeten los derechos de terceros y de evitar situaciones anómalas en el desarrollo del proyecto, se comunica que:

7.a).- PROTECCION DE MENORES.  ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) está orientado a todos los públicos, pero EM  y A2K no puede controlar el acceso de personas menores de edad. Por ello, EM y A2K no pueden admitir responsabilidad alguna al respecto, advirtiendo que serán los padres y tutores los únicos responsables de controlar y asistir a los menores en la navegación por las páginas de EM y de la Web del festival, y serán así mismo responsables de habilitar cualesquiera otros mecanismos necesarios que, en su caso, impidan el acceso por parte de los menores, no admitiendo EM y A2K  ninguna responsabilidad ni reclamación al respecto.

7.b).- CONTENIDO DE LOS AUDIOVISUALES.  El participante que inscriba un audiovisual en  ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) deberá disponer de  todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual ( música, guion, etc.), derechos de imagen y de distribución pública por cualquier medio necesarios para ello,  será la responsable legal del contenido del mismo, responderán de su contenido y de cuantas declaraciones, obligaciones y responsabilidades se asumen por el hecho de la participación de conformidad con las bases recogidas en este documento.  Los audiovisuales no pueden contener ningún tipo de material ilícito, ni pornográfico, ni que atente a cualquier derecho de tercero o contra los valores y principios del proyecto EM.  El participante será el único y exclusivo responsable de las reclamaciones que reciba EM, A2K o el jurado  por este motivo, eximiendo a estas de toda responsabilidad que se derive de su utilización y asumiendo las responsabilidades económicas o de otra índole que pudieran derivarse.

7.c).- DERECHOS DE LOS AUDIOVISUALES.   La participación en ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) supone la cesión gratuita por parte de los participantes, sin limitación territorial alguna y por el tiempo establecido para la difusión en la programación, de todos los derechos de reproducción, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición y distribución de los audiovisuales presentados al proyecto de EM (incluidos fragmentos o tráileres de los mismos y cualquier tipo de material gráfico, en caso de ser requerido): (i) para su inclusión y divulgación en la web de EM, en cualquiera de sus ediciones, y en cualquier otra sección de la página web de EM ; (ii) en otros medios de comunicación de entidades públicas y/o privadas que participen colaborando con este proyecto ; (iii), con fines culturales y sin ánimo de lucro.  Los participantes asumen que EM podrá comunicar el nombre de los ganadores por cualquier medio de comunicación.

8/.- CATÁLOGO.
Al finalizar el periodo de exhibición del CERTAMEN y para poder continuar con la labor de poner en valor el  esfuerzo por los derechos humanos, se invitará a los filmmakers a participar en el CATÁLOGO de ERRONKA MUNDUAN, que tiene los mismos objetivos pero con una duración indefinida. En el caso de que el Autor/a de la obra desee darse de baja temporal o definitivamente, solo tiene que solicitarlo por email a ERRONKA MUNDUAN.

9/.- VARIOS.
En caso de que: (i) no hubiera participantes, (ii) el seguimiento fuera inferior al esperado, o (iii) la calidad de los audiovisuales no fuera la mínima exigida por ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) y/o el Jurado, los premios podrán declararse desiertos o se podrá cancelar la presente edición del proyecto. También podrá modificarse o cancelarse, en todo o en parte, y aplazarse el proyecto, incluso una vez empezado, por circunstancias de fuerza mayor a consideración de EM.

ERRONKA MUNDUAN podrá retirar del proyecto cualquier audiovisual que no reúna los requisitos de participación requeridos en estas BASES o incumpla las mismas.

En caso de traducción de las presentes Bases  a cualquier otro idioma, siempre prevalecerá la versión en idioma español.

El responsable de los datos personales que se faciliten como consecuencia de la participación en el proyecto ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) es A2K  que los tratarán de conformidad con la normativa aplicable en España y según la política de privacidad de EM,  que también puedes encontrar tanto en las fichas de inscripción a EM como en un enlace permanente al pie de nuestra página web.

Para toda cuestión litigiosa que pudiera dimanar de ERRONKA  MUNDUAN, los participantes en este proyecto hacen expresa renuncia a cualquier fuero que pudiera corresponderles, y expresamente se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de San Sebastián (España).

EL HECHO DE PARTICIPAR O INTENTAR PARTICIPAR EN ESTA EDICIÓN DE ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) SUPONE LA TOTAL ACEPTACIÓN DE ESTAS BASES. EN CASO DE SITUACIONES NO PREVISTAS  EM  DECIDIRÁ EN CADA MOMENTO.

2023  CHALLENGE FOR THE WORLD CONTEST

ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) (Reto por el mundo – Challenge for the world) is a social mobilization challenge that invites everyone to participate in raising awareness for coexistence and human rights through audiovisuals that will be broadcast on TV's and Social Networks.

EM is a project approved by the Directorate of Human Rights, Victims and Diversity of the Department of Equality, Justice and Social Policies of the Basque Government, promoted and produced by the Kursaal Kino Cultural Association (A2K).

                                                           PARTICIPATION BASES

1 /.- REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Duration of the audiovisual. They will be classified into three groups: 1 to 3 min., 3 to 15 min. and more than 15 min.
• Audiovisual genre must promote the values ​​of coexistence, human rights and diversity.
• Each participant can register the audiovisuals that he wishes.
• There is no deadline by which the audiovisual has to be made.
• Audiovisuals accessible by Youtube (in hidden mode) or Vimeo (with access code).
• Languages: The audiovisual in any language, but with subtitles in Spanish or Basque.
• Works from any country are accepted.
• The registration must be made by the director of the audiovisual, the producer or by the owners legal representatives of the distribution of the audiovisual (hereinafter participant), who must have the rights to the contents of the work and the rest of the materials that contribute .

2/.- FORMATS:
       a) .- Format 16: 9, 1: 1
       b) .- MP4, MOV, AVI are supported.

3 /.- PROGRAMMING:
       1.- Registration from January 7 to March 31, 2023.
       2.- Exhibition from May 1 to July 31, 2023.

       3.- Gala for Human Rights on Friday, June 30, 2023, with a screening of a selection of films representing all the participants.

4 /.- AWARDS:
All the "OFFICIAL SELECTION" will receive a digital certificate and supporting laurels. Additionally, the "BEST SELECTION" will receive as a prize the invitation to be part of the ERRONKA MUNDUAN CATALOG for broadcast on all TV's and collaborating entities, in addition to their digital certificate and accrediting laurels.

5 /.- REGISTRATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
Registration can be done on Festhome and Filmfreeway platforms.
 

Once the audiovisual has been selected, it will not be possible to withdraw or change the audiovisual on YouTube or Vimeo from that moment. The participant agrees to keep his selected audiovisual accessible to ERRONKA MUNDUAN, on YouTube (in hidden mode) or Vimeo (with access code), for the duration of the dissemination campaign established in the programming.

A Jury chosen by ERRONKA MUNDUAN will determine the audiovisuals to give them a greater public diffusion.

7 /.- GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
In order to respect the rights of third parties and to avoid anomalous situations in the development of the project, it is communicated that:

7.a) .- PROTECTION OF MINORS. ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) is aimed at all audiences, but EM and A2K cannot control the access of minors. For this reason, EM and A2K cannot accept any responsibility in this regard, warning that parents and guardians will be solely responsible for controlling and assisting minors in browsing the EM pages and the festival's website, and they will be the same responsible for enabling any other necessary mechanisms that, where appropriate, prevent access by minors, EM and A2K not admitting any responsibility or claim in this regard.

7.b) .- CONTENT OF THE AUDIOVISUALS. The participant who registers an audiovisual in ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) must have all the intellectual property rights (music, script, etc.), image rights and public distribution by any means necessary for this, he will be legally responsible for the content. of the same, they will be responsible for its content and for how many declarations, obligations and responsibilities are assumed by the fact of participation in accordance with the bases contained in this document. The audiovisuals cannot contain any type of illicit or pornographic material, or that violates any third party right or against the values ​​and principles of the EM project. The participant will be solely and exclusively responsible for the claims received by EM, A2K or the jury for this reason, exempting them from any liability arising from their use and assuming the economic or other responsibilities that may arise.

7.c) .- RIGHTS OF AUDIOVISUALS. Participation in ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) supposes the free assignment by the participants, without any territorial limitation and for the time established for the diffusion in the programming, of all the rights of reproduction, public communication, making available and distribution of the audiovisuals presented to the EM project (including fragments or trailers thereof and any type of graphic material, if required): (i) for their inclusion and dissemination on the EM website, in any of its editions, and in any other section of the EM website; (ii) in other media of public and/or private entities that participate collaborating with this project; (iii), for cultural and non-profit purposes. Participants assume that EM will be able to communicate the name of the winners by any means of communication.

8 /.- CATALOG.
At the end of the exhibition period of the CONTEST and in order to continue with the work of valuing the effort for human rights, the filmmakers will be invited to participate in the ERRONKA MUNDUAN CATALOG, which has the same objectives but with an indefinite duration. In the event that the Author of the work wishes to unsubscribe temporarily or permanently, they only have to request it by email to ERRONKA MUNDUAN.

9/.- VARIOUS.

In the event that: (i) there were no participants, (ii) the follow-up was lower than expected, or (iii) the quality of the audiovisuals was not the minimum required by ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) and / or the Jury, the awards they may be declared void or this edition of the project may be canceled. It may also be modified or canceled, in whole or in part, and the project postponed, even once it has started, due to force majeure circumstances under consideration by EM.

ERRONKA MUNDUAN may withdraw from the project any audiovisual that does not meet the participation requirements required in these RULES or does not comply with them.

In case of translation of these Terms and Conditions into any other language, the Spanish version will always prevail.

The person in charge of the personal data that is provided as a result of participation in the ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) project is A2K, which will treat them in accordance with the applicable regulations in Spain and according to the EM privacy policy, which you can also find both in the EM registration forms as in a permanent link at the bottom of our website.

For any litigious issue that may arise from ERRONKA MUNDUAN, the participants in this project expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of San Sebastián (Spain).

THE ACT OF PARTICIPATING OR ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EDITION OF ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) SUPPLIES THE TOTAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IN CASE OF NON-FORESEEN SITUATIONS, ME WILL DECIDE AT ALL TIMES.

ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) (Reto por el mundo – Challenge for the world) gizarte-mobilizazioko erronka bat da, eta bizikidetzaren eta giza eskubideen aldeko sentsibilizazioan guztiok parte hartzera gonbidatzen gaitu, ikus-entzunezkoen bidez. Ikus-entzunezkoak TBetan eta sare sozialetan zabalduko dira.

EM  Eusko Jaurlaritzako Berdintasun, Justizia eta Gizarte Politiketako Saileko Giza Eskubideen, Biktimen eta Aniztasunaren Zuzendaritzak onartutako proiektua da, Kursaal Kino Kultur Elkarteak (A2K) sustatua eta ekoitzia.

PARTE HARTZEKO OINARRIAK

1/.- IZENA EMATEKO BALDINTZAK:
• Ikus-entzunezkoaren iraupena. Hiru multzotan sailkatuko dira: 1 eta 3 minutu bitartekoak, 3 eta 15 minutu bitartekoak. eta 15 minutu baino gehiago.
• Ikus-entzunezkoen generoak bizikidetzaren, giza eskubideen eta aniztasunaren balioak sustatu behar ditu.
• Parte-hartzaile bakoitzak nahi dituen ikus-entzunezkoak inskriba ditzake.

3.- Giza Eskubideen gala, 2023ko ekainaren 30ean, ostirala, parte hartzaile guztien ordezkari gisa egindako filmen proiekzioarekin.

4/.- SARIAK:
“OFFICIAL SELECTION” guztiek ziurtagiri digitala eta erramu egiaztatzaileak jasoko dituzte. Horrez gain, “BEST SELECTIONek” ERRONKA MUNDUANen KATALOGOAN sartzeko gonbidapena jasoko dute sari gisa, telebista eta erakunde laguntzaile guztietan zabaltzeko, bai eta ziurtagiri digitala eta ereinotza ere.

5/.- IZEN-EMATEA ETA HAUTAKETA PROZESUA
Izen-ematea Festhome eta Filmfreeway plataforman egin ahal izango da.

Behin ikus-entzunezkoa aukeratuta, une horretatik aurrera ezingo da ikus-entzunezkoa Youtuben edo Vimeon kendu edo aldatu. Parte-hartzaileak konpromisoa hartzen du ERRONKA MUNDUANentzat eskuragarri izateko hautatutako ikus-entzunezkoa, Youtuben (ezkutuko moduan) edo Vimeon (sarbide-gakoarekin), programazioan ezarritako hedapen-kanpainak irauten duen bitartean.

ERRONKA MUNDUANek aukeratutako Epaimahai batek erabakiko ditu ikus-entzunezkoak, hedapen publiko handiagoa emateko.

7/.- PARTE-HARTZAILEEN BERMEAK ETA ERANTZUKIZUNAK.
Hirugarrenen eskubideak errespetatzeko eta proiektuaren garapenean ezohiko egoerak saihesteko, honako hau jakinarazten da:

7.a) Adingabeen babesa. Erronka MUNDUAN (EM) publiko guztiei zuzenduta dago, baina EM eta A2K erakundeek ezin dute adingabeen sarbidea kontrolatu. Horregatik, EMk eta A2K-k ezin dute horren gaineko erantzukizunik onartu, ohartaraziz gurasoak eta tutoreak izango direla EMren eta jaialdiaren webguneko nabigazioan adingabeak kontrolatzeko eta haiei laguntzeko arduradun bakarrak, eta, era berean, adingabeei sarbidea galarazten dieten beharrezko beste edozein mekanismo gaitzeko ardura izango dutela, hala badagokio, EM eta A2K-k inolako erantzukizunik edo erreklamaziorik onartu gabe.

7.b) .- Ikus-entzunezkoen edukia. Ikus-entzunezko bat ERRONKA MUNDUANen (EM) inskribatzen duen parte-hartzaileak jabetza intelektualeko eskubide guztiak (musika, gidoia, etab.), irudi-eskubideak eta banaketa publikoko eskubideak izan beharko ditu, horretarako beharrezkoak diren edozein bide erabiliz, eta edukiaren legezko arduraduna izango da, eta dokumentu honetan jasotako oinarrien arabera, parte hartzeagatik bere gain hartzen diren adierazpen, betebehar eta erantzukizun guztien erantzule izango dira. Ikus-entzunezkoek ezin dute eduki legez kontrako materialik, ez pornografikorik, ezta hirugarrenen edozein eskubideri edo EM proiektuaren balio eta printzipioei erasotzen dienik ere. Parte-hartzailea izango da EMk, A2K-k edo epaimahaiak arrazoi horrengatik jasotzen dituen erreklamazioen erantzule bakarra, erreklamazio horiek erabiltzearen ondoriozko erantzukizun orotatik salbuetsita, eta sor daitezkeen erantzukizun ekonomikoak edo bestelakoak bere gain hartuta.

7.c) IKUS-ENTZUNEZKOEN ESKUBIDEAK. ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) programan parte hartzeak esan nahi du parte-hartzaileek doan lagatzen dituztela, lurralde-mugarik gabe eta programazioan zabaltzeko ezarritako denborarako, EMren proiektura aurkeztutako ikus-entzunezkoak erreproduzitzeko, jendaurrean komunikatzeko, eskura jartzeko eta banatzeko eskubide guztiak (horien zatiak edo trailerrak eta edozein material grafiko barne, beharrezkoa izanez gero): (i) EMren webgunean, edozein ediziotan, eta EMren webgunearen beste edozein ataletan sartzeko eta zabaltzeko; (ii) proiektu honekin lankidetzan parte hartzen duten erakunde publiko eta/edo pribatuen beste komunikabide batzuetan; (iii) helburu kulturalekin eta irabazi-asmorik gabe. Parte-hartzaileek onartzen dute EMk irabazleen izenak edozein komunikabideren bidez jakinarazi ahal izango dituela.

8/.- KATALOGOA.
EKITALDI erakustaldia amaitzean, eta giza eskubideen aldeko ahaleginari balioa ematen jarraitu ahal izateko, ERRONKA MUNDUAN KATALOGOAN parte hartzeko gonbita egingo zaie filmmakerrei. Obraren egileak aldi baterako edo behin betiko baja eman nahi badu, posta elektronikoz ERRONKA MUNDUANi baino ez dio eskatu behar.

9/.- BESTELAKOAK.

(I) parte-hartzailerik ez badago, (ii) jarraipena espero zena baino txikiagoa bada, edo (iii) ikus-entzunezkoen kalitatea ERRONKA MUNDUANek (EM) eta/edo Epaimahaiak eskatutako gutxienekoa ez bada, sariak eman gabe utzi ahal izango dira edo proiektuaren aurtengo edizioa bertan behera utzi ahal izango da. Era berean, proiektua aldatu edo bertan behera utzi ahal izango da, osorik edo zati batean, eta proiektua atzeratu ahal izango da, behin hasita ere, EMk aintzat hartutako ezinbesteko arrazoiengatik.
Erronka MUNDUANek oinarri hauetan eskatzen diren parte hartzeko baldintzak betetzen ez dituen edo betetzen ez dituen edozein ikus-entzunezko kendu ahal izango du proiektutik.
Oinarri hauek beste edozein hizkuntzatara itzuliz gero, gaztelaniazko bertsioa nagusituko da beti.
ERRONKA MUNDUAN (EM) proiektuan parte hartzearen ondorioz ematen diren datu pertsonalen arduraduna A2K da, eta Espainian aplikatzekoa den araudiaren arabera eta EMren pribatutasun-politikaren arabera tratatuko dituzte. Datu horiek EMko inskripzio-fitxetan eta gure web-orriaren oineko esteka iraunkor batean ere aurki ditzakezu.
ERRONKA MUNDUANetik etor litekeen auzi orotarako, proiektu honetan parte hartzen dutenek berariaz uko egiten diote legokiekeen edozein foruri, eta espresuki Donostiako (Espainia) Epaitegi eta Auzitegien mende jartzen dira.
